1. Receive a call from the design teamFollowing your initial enquiry, our manufacturing partner’s design team will be in touch for an initial chat about your project.
2. Design investigationsWe’ll send out brochures, discuss your ideas and encourage you to develop a mood board for your project. We’ll also ask you for a room plan, detailing wall, door and window dimensions.
3. Wishlist compilationOur design team will help you to select your doors and colours, with sample doors available so you can see what they look like in the space. We’ll analyse your lifestyle and ‘wish list’ to devise a solution that ticks all the right boxes.
4. First visualsYou’ll receive a bespoke 3D rendered digital plan for your project, which will be your first glimpse of how your new room might look. This initial design is very much open to discussion and adaptation until you are 100% happy.
5. QuotationYou’ll receive a numbered quotation, which corresponds to your unique design. Your designer will be happy to discuss this in detail, giving a full breakdown of all costs and inclusive features such as pull-outs and internal storage.
6. Review & refineBefore your order is placed, we conduct a thorough review to ensure the design fully addresses the brief. We revisit all aspects of your project to ensure ultimate refinement and finesse.
7. Place your orderWe require a 10% deposit to set the production process in motion and once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an estimated delivery date. The firm delivery date will be emailed to you once this has been finalized by our production team.
8. Pre-delivery, Installation and after-sales supportWe provide a comprehensive support service to both you and your joiner during and after installation. Your designer is always on hand to offer any guidance to ensure a swift seamless fitting. Our aftercare team is also on hand and happy to help.
